Dr. Natchez "Trey" Morice, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Morice grew up in nearby Gretna, Louisiana. He majored in Biology, and minored in Chemistry and Psychology at the University of New Orleans. He then went to Tulane University where he attended Law school and Business school, and received his Masters of Business Administration. Dr. Morice completed his MBA while in Medical School at LSU Medical School in New Orleans where he received his Medical Degree. Dr. Morice was a researcher in the Department of Infectious Disease at L.S.U. Medical School, and he has written and published his research in journals of infectious disease. After medical school at L.S.U., Dr. Morice completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia where he was elected by the faculty to serve as the Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Morice came home to South Louisiana and married a local, Morgan City girl named Jennifer Spitale. They have a beautiful daughter named Gabriella whom Dr. Morice delivered at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Morice is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is both a Fellow and a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the International Continence Society, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the International Urogynecological Association, the Minimally Invasive Robotics Association, the National Vulvodynia Association, the American Medical Association, the St. Mary Medical Association, and the Louisiana Medical Associations. He is on active staff in Morgan City, Thibodaux, and Houma at Teche Regional Medical Center, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, and Gulf Coast Surgical Center. Laura Gros, PA-C grew up in Morgan City where she graduated from Central Catholic High School. She went to college at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux and graduated with a BS in Science. After undergraduate college, Laura went to Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned her Masters Degree in Medicine. Laura is a certified and licensed Physician Assistant specializing in women's healthcare. Laura is married to Mr. Cody Gros of Thibodaux.
