Dr. Natchez "Trey" Morice, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.O.G. (left) grew up in nearby Gretna, Louisiana and went to college at the University of New Orleans. He then went to Tulane University where he attended Law school and Business school, and received his Masters of Business Administration. Dr. Morice completed his MBA while in Medical School at LSU Medical School in New Orleans where he received his Medical Degree and published research in journals of infectious disease. After medical school, Dr. Morice completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia where he was elected by the faculty to serve as the Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Morice then came home to South Louisiana and married a local, Morgan City girl named Jennifer Spitale. Dr. Morice and Jennifer recently gave birth to a daughter named Gabriella who Dr. Morice delivered at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center :-). Dr. Morice is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is on active staff at both Teche Regional Medical Center and Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. He performs cutting-edge Robotic and office-based surgery. Dr. Troy Drewitz, M.D. (right) grew up in Metairie, Louisiana and went to college at Loyola University in New Orleans. He then went to LSU Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana where he received his Medical Degree. After medical school, Dr. Drewitz completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas in Wichita, Kansas where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Drewitz is married to the lovely Helga Drewitz and they have a pair of twin boys.
Dr. Julie Price, M.D. (not yet pictured) is our newest doctor. Dr. Price is a native of Morgan City and is just now returning to her hometown. Dr. Price went to college at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She then went to LSU Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana where she received her Medical Degree. After medical school, Dr. Price returned to South Louisiana and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ocshner Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Price is married to Jeff Price, also a native of Morgan City. Dr. Price is extremely excited and happy about being back home in Morgan City.
